Shipping and Return

- When will items be shipped out?

Items will be shipped on Saturday 

- What is your return policy?

Item must be returned within 14 (business) days

- When will I receive my order? 

Items should be received in 2-3 (business days) within the United States. Other locations may vary.  

- Do you ship to Canada? 

Fr3sh Thoughtz ships to Canada and all areas of the world. Days of shipping may vary based on location. 

- My items never arrived although it says delivered, what do I do?

If the item doesn't appear on delivery, please email ftclcustomerservice@gmail.com. After three days, we will send out a new replacement. 

- What if I need to make changes to my order and it hasn’t shipped yet?

Any changes to an order must be requested within 48 hours of purchase. Please email ftclcustomerservice@gmail.com with that request. 

- My items arrived damaged, how can I process an exchange or return?

Any damages to your delivery, please email ftclcustomerservice@gmail.com with a brief description and picture of the damaged item. After review, we can submit a full refund or ship a new item.
